Had a real good time. I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was functional, with ideal location near the restaurant on the other side of the dual carridgeway, ferry in bilboa, and a well frequented cafe...

We stayed at Restaurante Cadosa and had a wonderful experience. the check-in process was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was easy to find and had ample parking. the room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable king size bed and a nicely designed bathroom. We especially enjoyed the air conditioning and the big TV. Another highlight was the swimming pool, which we could use anytime we wanted. the hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back when we're in the area again. Cons: Nothing, everything was excellent 👌.

Friendly employees, clean and quiet room (closed window). Breakfast was good. For a one night stay and a road accommodation during a trip it was absolutely OK.
This hotel is located directly by a truck stop. The restaurant was not satisfying. No other bars or restaurants in the near.

Simple, but sufficient equipment in the room for a low price. Free Wifi-access available. Free parking area and easy to find.
Smell of water outlet was too strong. Hairdryer should be in the room.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel just outside the city limits. We were pleasantly surprised by the high standard and modern amenities, including spacious and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and great air conditioning. The hotel facilities such as the swimming pool, playground, and restaurant across the road with good food and value for money were the icing on the cake. Staff was helpful, and Victoria at the reception was brilliant - always smiley and courteous. Also, they helped us order a taxi to explore the river in this city.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

This hotel was clean and modern and good parking facilities. The breakfast was good but we missed the crusty bread. The staff were friendly.
We found this hotel difficult to find - even the Tom Tom sent us to the wrong place. The Hotels restaurant was on the other side of the road and accessible by a grotty underpass and the menu was only in Spanish and the waitress couldn't translate it into English for us so it was pot luck what we ended up with!

This hotel exceeded my expectations as a stopover. The spacious rooms were a step up from other budget hotels, with comfortable beds and a 'real' bathroom. I appreciated the convenience of air conditioning and heating, which can be rare in Spain. The breakfast offered a good variety for this type of hotel, and the onsite restaurant/bar was simple but satisfactory. The location, although isolated, was not an issue for a short stay, especially if you have your own transportation.
This hotel provided a pleasant stay with no significant drawbacks.

Friendly staff. Soundproofed rooms...which was important due to the location. Buffet breakfast was reasonable.
The website claims that the hotel is in a peaceful location. On one side is a quarry works, on the other side a dual carriageway and petrol station. Peaceful it is not, but the hotel is well insulated for noise. The pool - which is very small - is therefore not relaxing. But inside, apart from some cleanliness issues in the bedroom, the hotel is fine.

Enjoyed our queen room, it was tidy and new-fashioned. Remote location of this good basic hotel was a bonus. Furthermore, the area was domestic🙂

I recently stumbled upon this hotel during my travels and what a fantastic find it was. The hotel has undergone renovations in the past year and the result is impeccable. The rooms are spotless and boast a massive, comfortable bed that guarantees a restful night's sleep. The staff are excellent, providing impeccable service with a smile. The hotel is also equipped with basic amenities, including air conditioning in the rooms, ensuring a comfortable stay even during hot weather. The breakfast spread is varied and delicious, offering something for every taste. One particular highlight is the hotel's location in a large, calm garden, accessed via a scruffy tunnel under a busy road. This gives you a sense of tranquility and privacy, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
No complaints, everything was just perfect.
